This series includes biographical information, memorabilia, reminiscences, and diaries, as well as a few personal photographs. "Reminiscences...1938 1969" was written in 1986 1987 as a preamble to the diaries which Viseltear started keeping in 1974. The reminiscences recall Viseltear's home, parents, neighborhood, and emphasize his years at DeWitt Clinton High School, Tulane University, and then at UCLA.
