Series I, Correspondence, is organized into three subseries: Arthur Davison Ficke Correspondence, Gladys Brown Ficke Correspondence, and Third Party Correspondence. Each subseries is arranged alphabetically by last name. In the first two subseries, letters from correspondents not listed individually may be found in "letter" general files; unidentified correspondence is arranged at the end of each subseries.
