This series consists of AJSS promotional material in the form of published newsletters and anniversary commemorative books. The AJSS began publishing newsletters in 1960 as a type of public report on the activities and accomplishments of each service camp. The newsletters include articles reporting on the projects and project locations, as well as pictures of the actual work and the names of all AJSS officers, directors, and campers involved. The anniversary books include articles of tribute describing many AJSS activities and accomplishments, as well as reproductions of all annual newsletters published in the time covered by the commemoration.
