Manuscript in an unidentified hand.
The volume was used as a scrapbook in the 19th century, and most of the volume (170 f. in all) contains engravings, etc., cut from contemporary magazines and newspapers, and a few original drawings. Among the engravings is one after Bartolozzi, identified on the page opposite as the first attempt at engraving by William Chaughton (b. 1770), aged 17, late a ploughboy, and in 1787 a protege of Sir Joseph Banks, Bart. (1743-1820).

Manuscripts, in multiple hands, of ten business letters and legal documents concerning members of the Arundel family. The collection incldues two bonds of payment; several money orders; and two letters from R. Arundel to Sir Robert Clayton, drawing Clayton's attention to a "young lady of a considerable fortune," asking for Clayton's assistance in marriage-making for Arundel's son, and explaining what he would be willing to settle upon the couple.

Collection of manuscripts, in multiple hands, primarily documenting Clarendon's financial activities. Many of the items are acknowledgments of debts, including one appointing Sir Robert Clayton and John Morris to act as his attorneys in order to pay interest out of his shares of the New River Waterworks to his debtors; a legal document and several receipts acknowledging Clarendon's debts and payments to others arising from shares in the New River Waterworks; and three pages of financial accounts and calculations related to those debts and payments. Other items include a request to Clayton for a copy of his father's deed settling Clarendon House on Richard Boyle, Earl of Burlington, explaining that he is weighing offers of purchase from John Granville, Earl of Bath; Christopher Monck, Duke of Albemarle, and William Cavendish, Earl of Devonshire; a letter to Clayton asking him to appoint a house where they can meet with Richard Boyle and Alan Brodrick, 1st Viscount Midleton; and another to Clayton thanking him and John Morris for a bill of credit and promising him a gift of fruit trees, including some varieties not yet in England.

Scrapbook containing correspondence, legal and financial records, genealogies and newspaper clippings of the Clark family of Saybrook, Connecticut and Darien, New York. The principal figure in the scrapbook is Orlando E. Clark, lawyer, politician and University Regent of Wisconsin, among whose correspondents is Robert M. La Follette. Of special interest among the Connecticut papers is an order from Governor Gurdon Saltonstall to Major John Clark (1718) to suppress the disturbances at Saybrook protesting the removal of Yale College to New Haven.
