Also included in the collection is a manuscript entitled The Grant Mansion, written by Frances Judd, a descendant of the Grants.

The St. Michael's Parish Vital Records collection (2011-108-0) is comprised of two volumes of transcripts. The first volume ranges from 1757-1870 and covers burials (separated by race), communicants, confirmations, deaths (separated by race), and marriages (separated by race). The second volume covers only baptisms from the years 1750-1867. Each volume is organized alphabetically, not chronologically. The records give the name of the person and the date of whatever service they received.

The colletion is composed of papers relating to the British presence in North America during the French and Indian War and consists of correspondence and reports describing military actions, royal decrees, lists of supplies and armaments, and other items of a similar nature. The first part of the collection contains typewritten transcripts of the papers of William Augustus, Duke of Cumberland (1721-1765), copied from originals in the Royal Library at Windsor Castle. The second part consists of photostatic copies of the papers of John Campbell, 4th earl of Loudoun, (1705-1782).
