This series is divided into three subseries: A. Concerts; B. Recordings; and C. Bills, Receipts, and Expenses. The first subseries is further divided into: 1. Contracts, box office statements, etc. (arranged chronologically by concert date with all items pertaining to a concert together); 2. Management contracts, legal actions, and pay stubs (arranged by subject, then chronologically); and 3. Route books, schedules, and concert information (arranged either chronologically or by concert hall within each subject group). Subseries B and C are arranged chronologically within each subject group.
