This interview is with World War II veteran, Vincent Cascio. He was stationed in a Philippines camp where he interacted with fellow civilians, Japanese POW's, and aided in constructing trenches, reconstructing major buildings in the Philippines.
Marion J. Pryor is also known as "Murph", which is a nickname he picked up from the Navy. He was on the ship for about two and a half years mainly stationed in the Philippines. He shares some general thoughts on World War II and shares some recollections of the attacks on U.S. ships.
