The image shows the recently constructed third floor storage room used to store chemicals for the chemistry lab. The room was situated between the lecture hall and chemistry lab. The storage room also contained a dark room and closet.
This room was the only lecture hall located in Old Main. It was situated between the chemical lab and physical lab on the third floor. The lecture hall had tiered seating and a skylight. It shared access to the chemical storage room and physical storage room.
The designated drawing room in Old Main shown just after construction, labelled as room No. 9. It is one of two specialty rooms located on the corners of Old Main bordering the upper section of the Assembly Hall.
This assembly hall was a multi-purpose hall located on the second floor on old main and was situated above the gymnasium. It spanned the height of both the second and third floors, with access to the room located on the second floor while windows overlooked the hall from the third floor.

Image shows what is presumably the recently completed landscaping work on the Osborn Street side of Old Main. Also visible is James S. Taylor's house on White Street (Taylor was the proprietor of the Danbury Opera House) and a smoke stack presumably attached to the Mac Fur Company factory (190r White St).
