10-20 Min: 1965 first year of a formalized graduate program; WCSU grad program at the time consisted mainly of night classes;
20-30 Min: West Side campus and how it related to the graduate program; recently received approval for a masters program in oceanography; graduate program does not receive any funding from the state. WCSU has to support the graduate and extension programs from the incoming tuition;
